Although we hear the Midtown location has recently closed. We were able to check it out before the flames on their grill went out.  We sat and dined at Clarke’s Standard, the spin off to P.J. Clark’s.  Causal place, great sauce bar, and good customer service.  Agnes went for the double patty, while I kept it simple with the classic cheeseburger. The burgers were juicy but simple in flavor. The fries and sauce bar added to the meal. With all the other competition out there Clarke’s Standard was pretty standard.
