Kobeyaki – Chelsea
It’s been a while since we had a non meat burger and we were hoping to give our Vegan followers good news… I guess it will have to be another time, sadly Kobeyaki was a disappointment. Granted, Kobeyaki isn’t know for it’s burgers. Agnes and I agreed if they make burgers we’ll be there. In this case they really shouldn’t be making burgers. First up was the Kobeyaki burger. Decorated with wagyu beef, teriyaki onions, teriyaki ketchup, and spicy mayo. It was the first time we tried Wagyu beef. Which is a any four Japanese breeds of beef cattle. The next burger was the spicy tuna burger. Made of spicy tuna, miso onions, panko, wasabi mayo, and more spicy mayo. There was something about both burgers that had and left a funny taste in our mouths. The only good part of this meal was the fries and seaweed salad.
