Minetta Tavern – Greenwich Village

Originally opened back in 1937. This cozy French tavern is home to the infamous Black Label Burger. The Black Label Burger is a daring blend of prime dry-aged beef cuts topped with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickle. Paired with pommes frites making it a meaty and filling meal. Agnes added cheese for some extra flavor. Great burger but not sure it’s worth the price. You know what they say “when in a Parisian restaurant eat like the Parisians”…OK they don’t really say that but we indulged anyway. Their roasted bone marrow with baguette and shallot confit is mouth-watering. We decided to go for broke and ordered dessert as well. If your in the mood to pay extra for lunch or dinner check out Minetta Tavern.
Flavor: 3.5 out of 5 flames Cost: $$$
