Burger & Lobster
Exactly what you would expect and then some!

In honor of Burger Month, it was time to be adventurous and think outside the bun, enter Burger & Lobster! We went on a Wednesday night and as expected, due to their no reservation policy, wait was about 30-minutes. Burger & Lobster is the perfect place for those who want to get straight to the nitty, gritty. Are you in the mood for a burger or for lobster… Or both? Besides being friendly to the wallet, the staff is incredibly personable, especially when picking out one of their signature cocktails or whether to do their combo deal of two burgers and a lobster to share. We had to do both, when in Rome…

The lobster roll came out first and although I wish the lobster salad would have been served hot, it was paired impeccably with their warm toasted bread. The French fries were a delicious pairing. So fresh and flavorful! Then came our juicy burger!!! We ordered it medium, well without bacon and before I could take a bite a bit of juice escaped its morsel on my hand, {lick} DELICIOUS! I considered this a good omen and went in for a bite. It was perfect. The bread and burger had a beautiful partnership in maximizing the flavor overall. It wasn’t greasy and you can tell this was not your freezer served Patty.
The place itself is incredible spacious. Great ambiance and fishing decor strewn about. Right next to the bar is a tank of their lobsters on display… Even one big boy, I liked to refer to as the King is the other lobster as I have never seen one so large. I would definitely go back again and I highly recommend going with a friend to share the combo deal. Just make sure you get there early as you may stand there in envy as others dine while you wait to be seated.
