The Half Pint – Greenwich Village
What better way to end the year than a burger smothered in cheese. And for that we headed to The Half Pint.
This was the first time tasting Raclette cheese. The Raclette burger was deliciously made of short rib and brisket blend, bacon-onion jam, and raclette cheese. Watching the waiter pour all that cheese on the burger may have been the best part of the meal. Look at all that cheese!!
The Classic burger was loaded with farmhouse white cheddar, bacon, and their special sauce.
All patty meat is grind fresh for the day making the burgers tender and juicy. Both burgers looked amazing but lacked a little flavor. Overall a great meal.
